Property packets are huge. PDFWix compresses them, merges them, and signs them — all from your phone between showings, with no subscription and no uploads gate.

Real estate runs on PDFs: listing packets, disclosures, contracts, addendums, inspection reports, mortgage paperwork. The two biggest pain points for agents are file size (a photo-rich listing packet hits 100 MB easily and bounces off the buyer's email gateway) and signature collection (DocuSign is fine, but a $480/year subscription to send three offers a month is hard to justify). PDFWix handles both for free.

Building the listing packet. Use Merge PDF to combine the survey, deed, HOA disclosures, inspection report, and floor plan into a single file. Drag pages into the order you want with Organize PDF — buyers shouldn't have to hunt for the inspection. Then Compress PDF on 'Recommended' to drop the file under 25 MB so it actually arrives in the buyer's inbox.

Listing photos as a PDF tour. Snap walkthrough photos on your phone, drop them into JPG to PDF, pick US Letter and a small margin, and you've got a clean shareable photo book. EXIF data (location, timestamp) is stripped automatically — important if you don't want to broadcast your home address with every listing photo.

Offers and addendums. Use Sign PDF to drop your signature, initials, and date fields on offers and counters. For draft offers that are still negotiating, Watermark the file with 'DRAFT — DO NOT EXECUTE' so a stale version doesn't accidentally get treated as final. When you need to share a redacted purchase agreement with a co-broker, Redact PDF permanently removes the buyer's financial information from the file.

Disclosures and amendments. Add page numbers to long disclosure packets for clean reference. Use Extract Pages when a buyer asks for just the inspection summary out of a 200-page report. Rotate PDF fixes the inevitable sideways-scanned page from the title company.
