Merge PDFs into One File
Combine up to 20 PDFs in seconds. Free, no signup, no watermarks. Drag to reorder before downloading.
Merging PDFs is the kind of small task that can ruin an afternoon when the tool gets in your way. You upload three files, the site times out on the second one, then asks you to sign up before downloading the result. PDFWix's merge tool does the obvious thing: drop in your PDFs, drag them into the order you want, and download the combined file. No signup, no size limits worth worrying about, and no watermark on the output. People use it to combine vendor invoices for expense reports, stitch scanned pages back into one document, or assemble contract addendums — but it works for anything.

Tips for mergeing PDFs
Reorder before you merge, not after
Once a PDF is merged, splitting and re-merging takes longer than dragging the thumbnails into the right order up front. The drag handle works on touch screens too.
Compress after merging if you'll email it
Combined PDFs frequently exceed Gmail's 25 MB attachment limit. Run the result through our Compress PDF tool — image-heavy merges typically shrink 60–80%.
Unlock password-protected files first
We won't merge an encrypted PDF you can't open. Use Unlock PDF with your password first, then merge.
Bookmarks from the first file are kept
If you need a clean merged outline (table of contents) across all files, merge first, then open in Acrobat or Preview to clean up bookmarks. We preserve them as second-level entries by default.
Need only certain pages?
Run each source through Split PDF or Extract Pages first to grab the slices you want, then come back here to merge. Faster than merging 200 pages and trimming after.
