How are wide spreadsheets handled?

We respect your Excel print area and page setup. If you haven't set one, we fit each sheet to landscape Letter/A4 and scale to width. For very wide sheets, set the print area in Excel first.

Are formulas preserved?

No — PDF is static. The PDF shows the calculated values. The original .xlsx still has the formulas if you keep it.

Are multiple sheets converted?

Yes. Each visible sheet becomes one or more pages. Hidden sheets are skipped.

My Excel to PDF job is stuck on "processing".

Refresh the page and try again. Browser-side processing depends on your device's CPU and RAM, so closing other tabs usually helps.

The downloaded file looks different from the preview.

Clear your browser cache and re-run the job. Outdated cached fonts can occasionally cause rendering glitches. If the issue persists, email us a sample to help@pdfwix.com.

Can I undo a Excel to PDF operation?

Your original file is never modified — PDFWix always produces a new file. Just discard the new version and start again with the original.
