Does it detect tables automatically?

Yes. We use heuristic detection (column alignment, ruling lines) plus OCR for scanned tables. Clean ruled tables convert almost perfectly; messier layouts may need light cleanup.

What if my PDF has multiple tables per page?

Each detected table becomes a separate sheet, named by page number. You can merge them in Excel afterwards.

Are formulas preserved?

PDFs don't contain formulas — only values. You'll get the values; rebuild any formulas you need in Excel.

My PDF to Excel job is stuck on "processing".

Refresh the page and try again. Browser-side processing depends on your device's CPU and RAM, so closing other tabs usually helps.

The downloaded file looks different from the preview.
