    Organize PDF Files Online

Sort, add and delete PDF pages. Free, secure, and works on any device — no signup required.

Organize PDF gives you a thumbnail grid of every page so you can drag, delete, duplicate, and reorder visually — the closest thing to laying pages out on a table. People use it to fix the order of a scanned packet that fed in the wrong sequence, drop the blank cover page from a marketing PDF, or duplicate a signature page for multi-party contracts. No file leaves your browser.

    Tips for organizeing PDFs

    Multi-select with Shift or Cmd

Click one thumbnail, Shift-click another to select a range. Drag the selection together — much faster for big reorders.

    Delete > rotate > reorder

When fixing a messy scan, do deletions first (smaller working set), then rotation, then reordering. Fewer thumbnails to juggle.

    Duplicate before deleting

If you might need a page later, duplicate then move the copy to the end before deleting from the main flow. Quick safety net.

For one-off page removal use [Remove pages](/remove-pages)

If you just need to drop a few pages, the dedicated tool is faster than the full organize view.

    Preserves bookmarks and links

Internal links and bookmarks point to the new page positions automatically — no broken navigation.
