Every image tool accepts as many files as you can drop on it. Each photo is processed one at a time so a large batch cannot exhaust your device's memory, and a progress indicator shows which image is being worked on. When the run finishes, a single image downloads on its own and a batch is packed into one ZIP archive. If an individual file turns out to be damaged or in a format your browser cannot decode, it is skipped and named in the summary rather than failing the whole batch.

JPG is the universal photo format: small, lossy and accepted by every device and upload form, but without transparency. PNG is lossless and supports transparency, so it suits logos, screenshots and text, though photos saved as PNG are large. WebP offers both lossy and lossless compression plus transparency, and is typically 25–35% smaller than JPG at the same quality — ideal for websites, less so for older software. As a rule, share photos as JPG, keep graphics as PNG and publish on the web as WebP.

Each tool decodes your picture with the browser's built-in image decoder, applies the change on an HTML canvas, and re-encodes it as JPG, PNG or WebP. Because the work happens inside your browser tab, there is no upload, no waiting in a queue and no copy of your photo on anyone else's computer. Phone orientation tags are applied before editing, so rotated and cropped results look the same everywhere. Remove EXIF Data is the exception: it rewrites the file container directly and copies the compressed pixels across untouched, so cleaning metadata costs no quality at all.
